Magic Mondays: Meditation & Gong Bath

This Meditation & Gong Bath class will consist of simple yogic techniques that can be enjoyed by everyone, no matter their age or physical ability. No experience necessary! 

This class will include:

✨simple movements that can also be done in a chair

✨pranayama (breathing meditation)

✨a 20-30 minute gong bath

✨meditation

Some yoga mats, blankets, and meditation pillows will be provided on a first come, first serve basis.

**Please bring your own mat, blanket or pillow, in order to make you feel most comfortable!
