STRENGTH 202 is an on-going 4-week results-oriented functional strength training program coached BY women, FOR women. As a sequel to STRENGTH 101, this recurring class focuses on proper movement mechanics, functional lifting techniques, and finding consistency in training to change body composition and kinesthetic efficiency.
We believe in the capabilities of a strong, femme body.
WHO IS STRENGTH 202 FOR?
202 is for anyone who has graduated 101, is a current DEFINED athlete, and/or anyone who is proficient in the following movements:
BACK SQUAT
OVERHEAD + BENCH PRESS
RDL + SUMO DEADLIFT
HANG POWER CLEAN
202 is about continued education, community, and consistency. We’re your coaches, and we’re eager to help you understand how capability promotes change.
We highly encourage attendance of the full 4-week or 8-week program in order to develop consistency in training and to better understand our program focus. If you are unable to attend all of FEBRUARY 202, drop-in options are available on Sundays only.

SUNDAYS: 2/2, 2/9, 2/16, 2/23
WEDNESDAYS: 2/5, 2/12, 2/19, 2/26 (*only 6 spots available)
