Lunchtime Yoga Flow

Lunchtime restorative flow for all-levels and abilities.

All levels and abilities are encouraged to join this 55 minute restorative flow.

This class has been designed to help put your stress aside and move with intention during this practice. Previous experience need not be necessary and all abilities are welcome. Be sure to reserve your spot to ensure a space ahead of time.

Yoga mats and props available if needed. Please arrive 10 minutes early if this is your first class, and no more than 5 minutes late to be mindful of the students around you.

Genevieve

Genevieve is a 200 Hr YogaWorks Certified Yoga Instructor with 5 years of teaching and training experience. She received her certification in Bali, Indonesia after leaving her Manhattan apt and went on to continue traveling around Southeast Asia and Europe before deciding to move back home to Boise.

The last few years she's taken on a varietey of positions within the fitness industry. As an NCSF certified personal trainer, she spent several years in both New York and Boise training clients one-on-one and in group settings. She also has taught a variety of group fitness classes including dance, yoga, strength and conditioning, and indoor cycle. She recently was certified in Meditation through Boise State University.

Genevieve encourages her students to move with intention and allow themselves to use movement as a way to spark empowerment, action, and any wanted change of direction in their day to day lives.
