Lunch and Learn: The Activate Fellowship for Entrepreneurial Scientists and Engineers

Science innovation takes significant risk, capital, and time. UM graduate students and post-docs: Come learn about the Activate Fellowship, a two-year program that provides the runway, tools, knowledge, and networks entrepreneurial scientists and engineers need to turn a promising concept into a transformative product.

You may have heard of Cyclotron Road, which is the birthplace of the Activate Fellowship. Starting in the spring of 2020, Activate, which has co-managed Cyclotron Road with Berkeley Labs since 2016, is expanding the Activate Fellowship to Boston. Current and alumni fellows from UM include Erkan Aktakka, Armin Jam and Avish Kosari, and Adam Vaughan.
