Margaret Jones presents a series of four Lunch & Learns on the topic of communication in the workplace in February, March, April, and May 2020. You can choose to attend one, two, three, or all of these different workshops. Lunch is provided as part of this series. Registration is limited to 15 individuals.
May’s topic is Holding Difficult Conversations: When keeping quiet just isn’t an option:
We all have experienced that feeling of fear and dread when we know we need to talk to someone about an uncomfortable topic. Learn some effective strategies to help you hold difficult conversations — becoming more aware of your expectations, what role you play in the dynamic, and how to move through it so you can feel better and be more effective.
Presented by Margaret Jones of Margaret Jones Consulting
