Lovingkindness Meditation Practice with Patrice Clark Koelsch
Cultivating lovingkindness and the related qualities of compassion, appreciative joy, and equanimity enables us to embody Mahatma Gandhi’s challenge to “Be the change that you wish to see in the world.” Through ancient, gentle and gradual practices, we learn to let go of fear and ill-will and to open our hearts to ourselves and to others, known and unknown. Our time together will include instruction, guided meditation and discussion.
