Self-Love Sound Bath

We all need to love ourselves more and raise our own vibration so we can be the love we want. Releasing emotional pain from the past and being present in the moment are a part of bringing in more love. Let's spend an evening together verbally affirming our own worth and value, while enjoying rose tea and lavender cookies, then relaxing deeply through a guided meditation into the powerful vibrations of the himalayan and crystal singing bowls. Cyndi will share about three supplements that have been used to treat depression and anxiety, as well as provide uplifting aromatherapy.
