In a busy world where a vast majority are consistently on the go and caught up in daily routines, we forget about taking time out the day to nurture our mind, body and spirit. The expected experience is informative, engaging and there will be writing exercises included.

ABOUT TAYLOR MCCARY

My name’s Taylor, I’m a Mindset Transformation Life Coach. I've always had a fulfilling passion, and gift to help others, earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, experienced education/ trainings working in the mental health field, self-care and personal development, and I’ve helped encourage and empower transformation within many woman.

I’ve lived in a caged lifestyle where I allowed myself to feel small, incapable, unworthy, not enough and woke up every day not happy or fulfilled with my daily routine. I’ve dropped out of grad school, quit my corporate job to live my life more freely as my authentic self and fully pursue my dream. I've had breaking points… but I've also had breakthroughs by doing things out of my comfort zone, such as traveling on a solo trip and going sky diving! I coach women around breaking free from their shell of tradition to tapping into their fullest potential.

Enter the building on the second floor. Go up the outside stairs (right or left side of the building) on the front of the Little Creek office building. Enter the external double doors for suite 275 at the south side of building on second floor. Arrive early to get the best seat. The room can be cool, bring layers.
