About The Circles: Relax and experience 90-minutes of spiritual breathwork and contemplation.  These sessions are devoted to bringing people together to experience deep moments of Presence and Peace.  You are encouraged to bring a friend, especially if you are going through some "life" right now.  Think of this as a journey into your inner heartscape.  You will experience head-to-toe relaxation as well. Your heart is the spiritual orgin of healing, peace, relaxation, care and grace. This entire practice is focused on connecting deeply to the frequency of Love. This is a non-demonitional experience.  Age Range: 18+.  All faiths and belief systems are welcome. * If you are moving through some life * If you are evolving through some personal improvement * If you are desire more Peace, less stress * If you are wanting a deeper relationship with your Self and others your are connected with. This is a place to explore and evolve through an active, experience and breath practice.   It is a divine expression of our humanity when we for each other TO BE COMFORTABLE THE FOLLOWING IS SUGGESTED.... Bring: A light snack, water A blanket, pillow, towel and yoga mat. A pen & journal  An open heart Wear: Loose, clothing suitable for exercise Socks *** Note:  There is no medical personnel at this event.  You are responsible for your condition.  There maybe light movement and breathwork.   Always let the facilitator know if you are uncomfortable in any activity within these sessions.  Your participation is strictly voluntary.  Meditation and breathwork can create an altered state of consciousness.  If you have a mental health condition please limited your participation in these areas.  Consult with your medical professional before registering for this event. About Mercedes Warrick. Mercedes has certifications for teaching meditative movement therapies: qigong and yoga.  She is a Reiki Master Teacher and Theta Energy modalities.  She was diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer in September 2017.  Her condition was grave.  She said, "The only way out of this is God."  Thus began a journey that has opened her to a depth of spiritual intimacy that was unknown to her.  "I wouldn't have even been able to imagine." These experiences called, The Circles of Consciousness are spiritual immersions that contain the Learnings from her personal journey.  It is an experience where all who believe in a devotional spiritual practice are welcome.  Prayer is alignment with the Divine Nature:  Energy, Frequency and Vibration.  God is often described as: Source, Infinite Creator, IT, Divine Energy.
