Lounge Well, Live Well: A Wellness Immersion

Are you in need of something deeper than rest? Join us for a weekend of rest, replenishment, and revival!

The retreat commences with a mandatory Friday evening group check in at 5pm at the Hyatt Regency, Mission Bay. Saturday and Sunday are planned full of fun and adventure on land and sea. Not feeling up for scheduled events? Relax by the pool, take a soak in the hot tub, or have some alone time at the beach or in the comfort of your beautiful hotel room.

Participants have the option of checking out and departing Sunday night, or staying and joining us for a Monday morning farewell and yoga flow.

This retreat is open to all adults 21 and older looking to relax and rejuvenate via yoga practice, healthy activity and professional bodywork. No yoga experience is required to participate and all classes are beginner friendly. However, retreat participants should be aware that physical activity is a scheduled part of the experience. Activities may include: paddle boarding/paddle board yoga, acro yoga, yin yoga, Hatha yoga, moderate hiking, swimming and walking. Participants will enjoy beautiful views of San Diego from the shore of the bay, the bow of a boat, and the top of a mountain!

All planned activities will occur around the Mission Bay area or transportation will be provided.

Please note, the Hyatt hotel will serve as a meet up place daily for all participants, please plan transportation accordingly if booking alternate accommodations. Locals may choose to commute from home.
