The Bureau of Family Health is hosting a cross-sector meeting to explore developmental screening service systems in Louisiana. Amy Mullenix, MSPH, MSW, Senior Collaboration Manager and Kristen Hassmiller Lich, PhD, Systems Integration Lead for the National Maternal and Child Health Workforce Development Center in Chapel Hill, NC will be on site to help facilitate our work.
This collaborative meeting will provide a platform for participants to share how their work connects with developmental screening and early intervention services. We will work together to leverage our common goals, identify opportunities for state programs and partner organizations to improve services and address gaps, and work in complementary ways to enhance developmental screening services in the state. At this meeting we will establish a mechanism for partner communication and avenues for collaboration.
Please join us for an action packed morning, Monday May 1st at Benson Tower right next to the New Orleans Superdome.
Networking from 7:45-8:15. Meeting will begin at 8:15, ends at noon.
