On this kayak/canoe tour of Ocklawaha River, author/naturalist Lars Andersen will tell some of the rivers written history as well as some of its pre-history dating back nearly 14,000 years. As you make your way down the river, your guide will identity and give interesting lore of plants and animals seen. The tour will take about 3.5 hours, including a half hour lunch stop at an ancient Indian burial mound and steamboat landing.
