I call these daily hikes I am doing for a while LONGEVITY hikes for good reason: they are short moderate uphill hikes, which most people can do every day, so they will feel and look 25 years younger after a while of doing this. You're getting enough workout for regular 2hrs hike and still have the rest of the day to yourself!
We will get great workout for short period of time, cleansing our lungs, blood , brain cells and whole system by doing it regularly.
