Filmmaker Kale Brock (The Gut Movie, 2018) visits specific communities with significantly improved average life expectancies, remarkably low rates of disease and an extremely high quality of life well into the later years. Traveling to Okinawa (Japan), Loma Linda (California) and Ikaria (Greece) for a deep dive into longevity culture and what it really takes to get well and stay well, Brock delivers this transformational documentary with light hearted wit and a warm sense of relatability.

We don't have that in the West. We waste away, dying earlier and unhappier than we need to. The truth is, we're not living in a way that's conducive to longevity. Whilst making this film even I realised that I needed to totally rethink my lifestyle if I wanted to stay well - that's a huge challenge to overcome. "

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

No. Toddlers and infants may need to sit on your lap, otherwise a ticket will need to be purchased for their seat.

What's the refund policy?

No refunds. However, you are most welcome to give your ticket to someone else to use.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

We will be able to scan your ticket barcode at the door. This can be done using your smartphone, or a printed ticket. We will also have a name list at the door for people without smartphones or printers.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes, we often have people 'paying it forward' and gifting their ticket to someone else. We will not be checking ID's at the door.
