Being a Master Loctician requries knowledge and Skill that surpass a Loc Stylist. Too many times I’ve experienced clients in distraught because their “ Loc Stylist” has ignored or simply just didn’t know different techniques for different occurrences that can develop during the course of ones Loc Journey.
