What is the ‘live with intention’ program?
For many of us, we have a deep desire to spend more time to reflect, plan and chart a course for our lives that feels aligned to our values, purpose and intention. Without this, we can feel as though our lives are not spent on the highest vision we have for ourselves or that we are meandering along without a concrete plan. Over the past decade, I’ve taken a deep dive into self-discovery, wellness and leadership. The path to this point has included graduate school, certification, self-guided learning and numerous programs/experiences.

Who should join?
This program is for individuals who are seeking self-discovery and personal growth for their personal and professional lives in an intimate, welcoming environment. There is no requirement for past movement experience and it will be accessible to all levels. The group will be limited to 10 people and will include live and virtual meetings.
We will meet at
February 22, March 14 and April 18. There will be virtual check-in calls in between each live meeting.
