Litty With Ziggy Dance Workshop

  Litty With Ziggy is a fun hybrid class that incorporates both dance and fitness moves. Who says having fun and working out needs to be boring? Or budget breaking?

  Our music selections span multiple genres, eras, and vibes. Class starts with a  sweat inducing high energy warm-up. Following the warm up students spend 50 ti 60 minutes learning a fun and challenging dance routine.
