Beach Goat Yoga with baby goats.
Our Goat Yoga experience is usually about two hours long. When you first get here there will be a quick waiver to sign, then you can hang out with the goats until everyone has arrived. I will do a tour of Lil Goat Town and answer any goat questions you might have and we will start the goat yoga class about thirty minutes after the start time. We will already have the yoga mats supplied for and out ready for you so yours don’t get ruined. The goats love to chew on things, especially my brand-new mats! The “cocoa pebbles” will just roll off and if they decide to tinkle, we will grab you another mat. The goat yoga instructor will begin the class and I will bring in the goats for some yoga. They are always happy to see people in their sand box. They will jump on you or go under you. They will lay with you or snuggle you. They can pick someone and play king or queen of the mountain (you being the mountain). The class itself is about 45 minutes of yoga. It will be all your choice on how much participation you want to do. You can put your heart and soul into it or just play or meditate with a baby goat on your lap. Trust me the goats don’t judge! When the class is over you are welcome to sit around and relax, take pictures, cuddle, play, or be their jungle gym. This is why my goat yoga classes are close to two hours. When you book a class take in consideration the time so you won’t feel like you are in a hurry or late for something else. I want you to leave with a peaceful feeling and a lot of joy and love in your heart. You will also get a small goat milk soap bar to take home with you. It is made with 100% fresh raw goats milk from our mommas right here from Lil Goat Town.
