Between the potency of his richly detailed songwriting, his intensely emotional, soulful vocals and his piercing, expert guitar work, New Orleans’ Anders Osborne (Co-founder SMAF) is a true musical treasure. He is among the most original and visionary musicians writing and performing today.
Imagine Recovery's August Boyd embraces the culture and spirit of New Orleans. Her love for the community and passion for helping others is the foundation of her clinical practice. Originally from Upstate New York, August moved to Los Angeles, California to attend the University of Southern California where she obtained a B.A in English (Creative Writing) and double minor in Screenwriting for Film and Television and Jazz Studies. August moved to New Orleans in 2009 and worked in the French Quarter as a professional musician for several years. In 2013, August returned to school and completed her graduate work at Louisiana State University’s School of Social Work.
