Arrive to class early with your journal, ‘Life Shift Session book’, something to write with and an open mind. The Zoom waiting room will open 15 minutes before class.

Each week you will have time to share your progress, ask questions and work on specific areas that you want to shift in your life. Please ask questions as you journey through the process.

Begin “Build Your Foundation in Light” mantra on page 63.
Group Life Shift - identify and break agreements that no longer serve your higher purpose.

Heal Yourself First
Astral mediation to Source for DNA download.
Read Chapter 3.
Complete mother/father worksheet on page 57.

Week 3
Energy Healing
Integrating bowls, bells and tools. Hands on healing. Long distance healing.
Read Chapter 4.
Complete worksheet “Mirrors of light and Darkness” page 59.

Week 4
Auras and Chakras. See, read and align.
Learn to see your energy field and the energy field of others. Hands on practice in class.
Read Chapter 5.
Complete “Dark side” worksheet on page 61

Week 5
Past, present, future.
Learn to see your’s and others.
Tarot cards (bring your own). Hands on practice in class.
Read Chapter 6
Complete “Forgiveness” worksheets page 65.

Week 6
Ocean Healing
Ascension healing circle and ocean cleanse.

Week 7
Building your healing practice
Learn how to receive compelling testimonials to grow your practice.
Read Chapter 8
Complete “Talents, Abilities and Skills” worksheet.

Week 8
The Business of Healing
Record keeping and taxes. Social media marketing. Events. Business cards. Writing your book.

There will be additional assignments relevant to the areas you want to shift in your life.
Keep a journal with you to record your ascension, epiphanies and discoveries.

It is suggested that you attend as many “Healing Mediations” as possible throughout this program. Healing Meditations available every Tuesday evening at 8:30 pm via Zoom
