Using the street of Long Beach for sanctioned racing came into existence in 1975 for a Formula 5,000 race and 45 years later, this tradition still carries on strong. With some of the most famous names in automotive racing flying down the tarmac for 45 years, the Petersen Museum will be hosting a celebration for Chip Ganassi and his contributions to motorsport that will include a sit-down reception and a VIP meet and greet. The night will also be augmented by live entertainment, a three-course dinner by the famed Drago Brothers, a Q&A with Chip Ganassi, and a live auction.
