About the Event...
More than an evening of fundraising, Dare2Care is a challenge to the community to spread kindness and hope with this year’s theme “Find Your Joy”. Renowned musical savant and Irmo’s own, Brittany Maier, will light up the stage with a surprise celebrity guest and inspire our community with a live piano concert performance!
Proceeds help support families living with Alzheimer’s and other chronic illnesses across the Midlands. In SC, there are over 770,000 family members providing unpaid care to someone they know, often leading to great physical, emotional and financial strain on those providing care. That’s where we come in. Leeza’s Care Connection is the first place to go when chronic illness changes everything. With your commitment, we can continue to empower families with physical and emotional toolkits to help navigate their caregiving journey, creating better outcomes for both care partners.
