A Lean In Circle is the chance to mastermind, sharing information with each other. Everyone contributes to the betterment of all the participants. Gather different viewpoints from each participant. Gain an accountability check up once a month for your goals. Be open to the differences of opinion and experience in order to grow, seeking a common denominator of progress.

There will be a mastermind facilitator with the focus on the participants and their contributions.
