Lean In Downtown San Diego

This is a circle for all women seeking female support and networking. We welcome you to share your experiences and goals with us, and hopefully we can inspire and positively influence each other to grow in both our careers and in our personal lives. Downtown will be the primary meeting grounds but those living or working elsewhere that don't mind commuting for meetings are more than welcome. We meet the 2nd Monday of each month where the first 30 minutes of each meeting are devoted to special presentations, including discussions and sharing experiences and the second half of the meeting is for members to share current challenges and have the group help in problem solving. The goal is to have the group give advice and have the member with the challenge come up with 2 or 3 action items and report back next time to see it through. Snacks and wine provided.
