Leading SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) 4.6

In this two-day course, you will gain the knowledge necessary to lead an enterprise agile transformation by leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework, and its underlying principles of lean thinking, and product development flow. You will leave with an understanding of how the principles and practices of the framework support Lean Thinking, Agile Development, SAFe Scrum for Teams, Agile Release Train, Agile Portfolio Management, Agile Architecture, and Scaling Leadership. By the end of this course, attendees will gain insight into the leadership skills most effective in unlocking the intrinsic motivation of software development knowledge workers, and begin applying them in your context.

Recommended Prerequisites
All are welcome to attend the course, regardless of experience. However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended for those who intend to take the SAFe® 4 Agilist (SA) certification exam:
5+ years’ experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product, or project management
Experience in Scrum
Exam Details
Name: SAFe 4 Agilist Exam
Format: Multiple Choice
Exam delivery – Web-based (single-browser), closed book, no outside assistance, timed
Exam access – Candidates can access to the exam within the SAFe Community Platform upon completion of the Leading SAFe course
Exam duration – Once the exam begins, candidates have 90 minutes (1.5 hours) to complete the exam.
Passing score – 33 out of 45 (73%)
Exam cost – First exam attempt is included as part of the course registration fee if the exam is taken within 30 days of course completion. Each retake attempt costs $50.
