- Introducing the Scaled Agile Framework
- Embracing Lean and Agile values
- Understanding SAFe Principles
- Implementing the Agile Release Train
- Experiencing PI Planning
Day 2:
- Executing and releasing value
- Building an Agile Portfolio
- Leading the Lean-Agile enterprise
Certification:
- Students may earn a SAFe Agilist (SA) Certification upon successfully completing this course and a written exam.
- Attendees may be eligible to apply for PDUs toward continuing education requirements with the Project Management Institute (PMI) for PMP or PMI-ACP certifications
- Attendees may be eligible to apply SEUs under category C, toward earning or renewing their CSP through Scrum Alliance

Jack’s IT career started as a developer and quickly grew into consultation, business analysis, quality assurance, project management, and production management for various US companies. Jack’s lean-agile journey started with the use of kanban as a tool to control work-in-progress and grew into Scrum as a survival mechanism to save failing waterfall e-commerce projects at a digital agency. Along the way, Jack also had responsibilities as an ISO 27001 training team lead, as an IT recruiter, and as the founder and president of a cost center for a US software company in Costa Rica.

- 1-10 business days prior to class, no refund, but may reschedule another class within one year of date of cancelled class.
- First day of class, no refund of tuition, retake policy may apply.
