Dare to Lead

Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program designed to support leaders in stepping out of armored leadership and into daring leadership.

The most significant finding from Brené’s latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. These four skill sets are Rumbling with Vulnerability, Living into Our Values, BRAVING Trust and Learning to Rise. This two day curriculum builds our leadership muscles so we can step up and lead with courage and wholeheartedness.

The workshop will be facilitated by certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitators, Janelle Coleman and Laurel Smylie, who have been helping organizations and leaders build great teams and strong cultures for over a decade. For more about your facilitators, please visit Four Letter Consulting.

Individuals who successfully complete the full 16-hour Dare to Lead program will receive a certificate of completion and are allowed to put a Dare to Lead Trained badge on their LinkedIn account.
