LDR Leadership - DC Regional Performance Management Series

This will be a three day event starting on June 30 at 9:00 AM and ending on July 2 at 5:00 PM.

During this three-day regional training, participants will go through our full Performance Management Series, which consists of the following courses:

-Proactive Performance Coaching

-Proactive Performance Coaching Follow Up

-Problem Identification and Decision Making

Attendees will leave this event with a new framework to help them proactively address performance issues in the workplace.

Cost for the event is $2,500 per person, which includes the training content and lunch each day. Travel and lodging expenses are the responsibility of the attendee.
