Laughter Yoga is a unique practice where we laugh without jokes, comedy or humor. We laugh as exercise, in a group and with eye contact and childlike playfulness, the laughter becomes real and spontaneous. We mix it with pranayama breathing and stretching.
Laughter Yoga helps with mood elevation, stress relief and feeling calm and joyful. There are no typical yoga poses, and one can do this regardless of current fitness level. Wear normal clothes. Come with an openness to play and feel good. There is no charge for this class.
