The ‘Laugh Saturday’ Laughter Yoga (LY) Club is held at 10am on the last Saturday of every month at 75 Bishop Street Suite 21 in Portland Maine and is facilitated by Andrea Tolbert, Certified Laughter Yoga Leader and other Certified Laughter Yoga Leaders from New England.
Laughter Yoga has been around since 1995 and is a group practice which combines the benefits of laughter with the benefits of yoga-based breathing and mindfulness. LY exercises require no previous experience and can be done by just about anyone because you can do them standing or seated-No mats needed.
