Join us for the 2nd Annual African Fashion Weekend curated by LagosPHX. We invite you to join us as we celebrate a collection of colorful Fashion, Arts and Music that represents Africa, it’s People, Culture and Lifestyle. We will acknowledge her heritage and her people; bridging the past, the present and the future.
This creatively curated Fashion Weekend will include African inspired Fashion Show, Art Showcase and Cultural display by local and international Designers and Artists along with special guests appearance. LagosPhx objective for this year’s Fashion & Art Weekend is to highlight emerging African fashion trends and to pay tribute to legendary African artists of the past decade.
LagosPhx is a nonprofit organization whose goal is to create a multicultural creative community here in Arizona. We curate shows with a focus on African Fashion, Culture, Arts and Lifestyle in a fun-chic environment. We are committed to make this event not just the largest of its kind in Phoenix, but an ongoing exciting opportunity to promote diversity across communities that make up the city.

Saturday August 24th: African Fashion & Art Show - Showcase by Sisi Aduke, Lagos Coutur, Being Dapper, Akila Oluchi, Comfoter Fashion, Blazzian Collection & House of Zuri. Special performance by Solu, African Dancers, Women of Africa art work by Denson Creative + more
Sunday Aug 25th (1pm - 6pm): Kente Day Party - Fun AfroFusion Day Party with creatively curated Fashion Showcase by Herstori Wrap, Zawadi Collections, Akila Oluchi, Dija's Touch Design and Sankofa Clothing. also featuring African Marketplace, African inspired food vendors, body painting and Afrobeat tribute by DJ Kaydee, Dj Philo, DJ Skoolboi, DJ Moe, DJ Fab + more
