9:00 – 10:00 a.m.: Volunteers will convene at Escuela Bilingüe Pioneer for a kick-off breakfast and on-site registration.
10:00 a.m.-12:15 p.m.: Volunteers will learn, serve, and reflect at identified work sites.
12:30 2:30 p.m.: Volunteers will reconvene at Pioneer for an afternoon celebration, featuring free refreshments, student presentations, live entertainment, children’s activities, and a silent auction.
Held in conjunction with Global Youth Service Day, Lafayette in Action 2018 seeks to convene community members of all ages and backgrounds in celebration and service. The afternoon celebration will feature live entertainment, youth presentations and awards, children's activities, refreshments, and a small silent auction.
