The deposit is only $100 and payments start on 2/15/19.

I’ve located a very nice, new hotel in New Orleans about 15 minutes from the Essence Festival events. I’ve also confirmed arrangements with the motor coach to offer two pickups and drop-offs daily to Essence Festival activities including Harrahs/Convention Center. If you missed the bus or plan to return at a different time, the cost for an Uber/Lyft should be less than $15.00.

We are leaving Atlanta July 4th at 1:00 AM and returning on July 8th at 9:00 PM

We will be traveling on a comfortable motorcoach with a bathroom and outlets. We will be serving complimentary snacks and beverages on the bus.
