This 2 hour seminar focuses on safety in the therapeutic relationship. Part of being a safe person for someone who has been deeply traumatized at a young age is knowing yourself and being very comfortable in your own skin.

Kathleen Brainard-Lee MA, LPC
Kate’s background includes 10 years of experience working with others in a clinical setting as a licensed professional counselor and 34 years of experience working with her own trauma. She has 11 years of training in Gestalt Pastoral Care and Level 1 and 2 of EMDR training. Her deep passion for seeing others find the freedom and joy in life that she has found leads her to integrating her faith with the therapeutic process. Kate finds meaning in going to healing workshops and is always looking for new ways to keep growing.
