Labor Preparation Overview (Three-Week) - DCMH
Get Ready for Labor
Get Ready for Labor focuses on the process of labor and birth, analgesia options, unplanned Cesarean birth, postpartum and immediate baby care.
This three-week course is designed to help the expectant mom and her birth partner understand the process of labor and delivery, role of the support person, pain management options and the possibility of cesarean birth.
This course is held on three consecutive Monday nights at 7:00 p.m.
Registration is required.
Complete and submit the online registration form or call 1-800-CK HEALTH (1-800-254-3258). Early registration is recommended. Classes fill up quickly.
Get Ready for Labor is $70.00 per couple.
Checks, money orders, credit/debit cards and cash accepted. Please make checks and money orders payable to Delaware County Memorial Hospital. Bring payment to class.
