Labor and Delivery

Please join us for our Labor and Deliver/Postpartum class. The first half of the class will concentrate on the stages and progression of labor, techniques and interventions used for various aspects of labor and delivery such as pain control, as well as positioning and pushing. Prenatal exercises and breathing techniques will also be covered. The second half of the class will focus on the period following labor and delivery. Your instructor will discuss the changes that take place with your body, how to care for yourself, depending on the type of delivery you have, and some exercises to help get you back into shape.
