Kundalini Awakening - Weekly Workshop

On Saturday mornings, take time for yourself by attending class at Unity of Boulder's sacred studio which is a safe place for all to unite.  Kundalini Awakening class starts at 10am and is a sacred technology to boost your energy level and your immunity so that you can live a more aligned and focused life in peace.  Each class is different and all the kriyas come from sacred texts focused on aspects of being human and your journey.  Class is open to all levels of students, and feel free to bring your yoga mat, and even seat cushions or blankets to facilitate a comfortable journey through the class.  We will end the class with a conscious meditation before going into final shivasana for a gong bath.  Class punch cards are available for $15 per class, otherwise the drop-in rate is $18 and you can turn the drop-in fee into a punch card at your next class if you'd like!
