In this highly interactive class, our guests will prepare a traditional King Cake, French Galette des Rois and icing while learning about the history of king cakes and danish doughs. Afterwards they are able to sit down and enjoy the king cakes they have just created along with a meal of Gumbo as well as BBQ Shrimp & Grits provided by the New Orleans School of Cooking.
