Kids Pajama Yoga Party

This winter, join us for a themed celebration that includes:
a yoga class, art activity, dinner and dessert!

Every Friday in January for kids ages 3-7.

What’s included:

• An evening of fun at BeU Kids Yoga Room


• 1 full hour yoga class


• Pizza and organic cookies


• Take-home craft

While traditionally, a pajama party involves kids sleeping over at a friends house, at BeU we want to provide kids with the environment of a pajama party that includes yoga, creative and social activities. At our yoga pajama class parties, the children love putting on their comfy PJs and bringing in their favorite stuffed animal! 

How does it work?

Drop your child off at Be U Yoga Studios in downtown New York City at 5pm, take a much needed break for yourself, and our Nannies and Certified Yoga instructors will provide care, supervision, and direction for the evening.

Yoga helps promote relaxation and coordination, and encourages kids to learn about their body. If your child has never done yoga, this is an interactive way to introduce them to yoga, since our pajama party will also include a fun art activity, socializing, and a meal. We will provide pizza and organic cookies, as a Friday evening treat. At the end of the night, your child will have a craft to take home. Breathe easy by attending our kids yoga pajama party, it’s a fun way to celebrate life with health and creativity. Your kids will have a blast–we promise!
