Our Kids Striking Program is a perfect complement to our Kids Grappling Program. Like our Grappling program, it is a mix of styles that has a focus on the foundations of great striking skills. Our grappling program is a mix of jiu-jitsu, wrestling, and Russian SAMBO, and our Kids Striking Program is a mix of traditional karate, Muay Thai and boxing. Kids earn stripes by coming to class regularly, competing in in-house or local tournaments, or by attending summer camps.
