The Keys to Kindness
Do you treat yourself with love, kindness and respect? If you put yourself last and tell yourself things you would never say to a friend, now is the time to change that conversation. Mindfulness/Cognitive Behavoral Therapy Life Coaches Val Foster and Bill Van Ollefen will provide the tools you need to begin a transformational self-care routine. You will:
- Learn four little words, spoken each morning and night, that have the ability to change your life;
- Explore your positive traits and discover how to celebrate the positive traits of others;
- Understand the importance of being kind to others;
As you delve into this topic, you will develop a framework for life that when followed, leads to inner peace and a calmness that is often elusive. We will be providing a lunch of mushroom/bean/barley soup, homemade bread, coffee, tea and water. If this doesn’t appeal to you, please pack a lunch.
