You'll learn how to do the top 10 kettlebell exercises to add to your fitness routine. Kettlebells are known to improve overall strength, core power, balance, flexibility, and coordination while also burning fat and developing lean muscles. Sign up for some swings, squats, deadlifts, shoulder presses, and more with our personal trainers, followed by complimentary beverages!
