Join Libby Healy from Tyler Technologies, Sara Feldman from MindTouch, and David Kay from DB Kay & Associates for a conversation on the intersection of KCS and technical writing. They'll give some history and describe the role of a tech writer, detail areas of similarity and overlap, and explore ways to bridge the gaps between KCS and tech writing.

As always, there will be time for questions and discussion.
