The Joy Project is dedicated to creating safe space for every body to practice.
Expect grounding / mantra / dharma followed by a warm up, quick sun salutations, + a standing series incorporating inversions + arm balances.
While some yoga experience is preferred, all yogis with a basic knowledge of terminology are welcome + will feel at home.
About Jen:
A Philadelphia native, Jen came to yoga after ending a decade-long career corporate America. The movement quickly resonated and she soon found a stillness through her practice that proved undeniably valuable in the constant whirl of the city.
Jen completed her RYT-200 at Yoga Vida and went on to study with Christine Chen (Laughing Lotus), then earned her Trauma Informed training certificate through Exhale to Inhale. She is also a Reiki Level 1 practitioner.
Blocks, straps, + limited mats are provided.
