Get in the holiday spirit and join us for some outstanding family fun!Listen to the jingle bells as the carriage rambles through Fredericksburg’s 40 blocks of historic neighborhoods, where you’ll see the quaint cobbled streets and picturesque architecture. These evening rides are a great way to view the city decorated in its unique holiday charm.
On this 60-minute fun-filled carriage ride through historic downtown Fredericksburg, you’ll get to:
Discover the beautiful holiday lights
Listen to some holiday music
Receive a yummy holiday treat to take home.
And don’t forget to bring some hot chocolate and warm blankets to round out your holiday experience.
We’ll travel down Caroline Street to see the decorated store windows, past Kenmore Plantation, down Washington Avenue and then wind our way past Fredericksburg’s official Christmas Tree. You’ll some interesting facts about how the colonial and civil war periods were very different from our holidays today.
