Join us for our second installment of JFS ShalOM Yoga, held in partnership with our friends at Congregation Shir Shalom. All proceeds of this class support our Immigrant and Refugee Services department.
Take the essence of Shabbat – rest and relaxation– and weave it together with the therapeutic and meditative practice of yoga to create a uniquely restorative Pre-Shabbat practice.
This is an outdoor class, all levels are welcome outside under the Shir Shalom tent! Please bring your own yoga mat or towel. Shabbat services following are welcome to all!
