Janet Anderson, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is a mental health professional, a life educator, and a motivational speaker. She is also a a track and field coach, a wife, a mother, and a friend. Janet has over 23 years of experience in the field of mental health. She is the founder of Janet Anderson Counseling, Inc., a successful outpatient clinic in Edina, Minnesota which provides therapy to Adults, adolescents, and children. Janet’s clinic has gained recognition state wide in the cutting edge trauma therapy called Quantum Neuro Reset Therapy (QNRT). Janet was the first woman in Minnesota to become certified in this progressive and exciting therapy. Janet has emerged as an expert in trauma and emotional health and continues to help bring light into darkness for many. In 2013, she founded Team Lighthouse, an organization made up of individuals who are committed to becoming the best versions of themselves. “Come to the Mountain” events combine neuroscience research, body movement, music, nutrition, and aspects of spirituality that help promote healing in the mind, body, and soul.
