Austin-based, award-winning Indie R&B/Pop artist/guitarist Jackie Venson announces the “Make Me Feel” Tour ahead of her next studio album, Vintage Machine (out 9/4/2020). The first single from the new album, “Make Me Feel”, will debut on February 28, 2020.
Last year, Venson made leaps and bounds, releasing her album Joy to critical acclaim and winning Best Guitarist at the Austin Music Awards. The first African American woman to win the award in the award’s 37-year history. Venson then went on a massive 4-month tour that took her all the way from Austria to Alaska and everywhere in between. She also placed 2 tracks with Starbucks’ Coffeehouse Playlist, was named #10 out of 50 Young Exciting Guitarists on

, and reached #13 on the ‘Bandsintown Austin, TX – Emerging Artists’ Chart, making 2019 a banner year for her career. This year, Venson’s career and travels will be amplified, as she will be hosting the Austin Music Awards on March 11, 2020, heading out on an extensive US tour, and releasing new music leading up to Vintage Machine, out this September.
