Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

- Yes, an ID is Required and you Must be 21+ to enter (no exceptions).

What can I bring into the event?

- Just bring your ID, yourself and your best smile and attitude. Cash and All Credit Cards are accepted for entry, food, drinks, and hookah.

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

- Simply by emailing contact@saintlouiselite.com and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible.

Is my ticket transferrable and what's the refund policy?

- Tickets can be transferred, resold, or can be donated to the Scholarship at No Extra Cost. However, there are No Refunds.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

- You do not have to bring a printed ticket, just your 21+ ID to match the name on your digital Eventbrite ticket (this can be found in the app and/or email).

Can I update my registration information?

- Yes, you can at anytime by logging into your eventbrite account and updating your ticket info.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

- Yes, it is ok, as long as more than one person doesn't try to check-in under the same name.
