Itty-Bitty Art: Movement

Bring your young toddler (12 to 24 months) to the Amon Carter for an art-filled experience! Engage with Taleisha Jones, an instructor at The Little Gym with a background in psychology and child development, as she leads an age-appropriate session that includes movement activities inspired by the museum’s collection.

This program’s curriculum is designed to help build the skills needed as children become mobile. It will focus on strengthening your child’s core to help with balance and stabilization and promoting inner ear development. While your child discovers new colors, movements, and sounds with fascination and joy, you’ll discover new smile muscles you never knew you had!

Children should be dressed in comfortable clothing (dresses are not ideal) for this program. Also, please bring a burp cloth or a blanket.

Reservations are required. Registration for this program opens August 1.
